How to recover your password?
Step 2:
Click "Forget password"
Step 3:
Write your email address and the new password you will use twice then click Submit.
If everything was written correctly, you will get a success message as below:
Step 4:
Now login to your email inbox (the same one you registered your 4Games account with) and click on the link sent from 4Games to confirm the password change.
It will tell you that your request has been successfully submitted as the screenshot below.
Step 5:
Now you need to wait until your request is processed by the system. Wait for about 5 minutes, or it can even take a bit longer. Once your request is processed, you will get an email like this:
Now you can login with your new password!
